Booked 1 Room, 2 Queen Beds (High Floor, With Sofa Bed) Was given a king room on the 3rd floor. Went to the front desk and the front desk representative kept stating you have a pull out bed. Excuse me I paid for 2 queen beds to ensure that everyone would be comfortable. Asked to be moved was told they were booked but I could possibly be moved the next morning. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Had to get an air mattress. Had to call the front desk several times to get fresh towels. Placed dirty towels outside the door the towels were not replaced. Very disappointed I have never had any issues

Nice, Convenient—Will Stay There Again

Our adult son was in a nearby hospital for cancer treatment and this hotel was very close and convenient. After we booked, I read several bad reviews and was worried that we had made a mistake but this was a spur of the moment trip and we decided to hope for the best. We couldn’t be more pleased. Staff was so nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a nice place to stay during our son’s treatments. Parking was free and convenient. Breakfast was okay, not the best, but included in price of room which was reasonable for location and convenience. Will stay there again on next trip. We did a review on the hotels site as well and the manager reached out to see how our son is doing. That speaks volumes to us.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the property requires some improvements. The elevator was not functioning properly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the lobby was quite warm, possibly due to an air conditioning issue, and the furniture in the lobby was dirty. This was unpleasant, especially since it is a common area and the first thing guests see upon arrival.
