Great central location

House is as pictured. The day you receive the check in info and door code for your stay you are also given a phone number to the property manager. They are very responsive if anything arises. I would book this home again if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Irving celebrating our 50th Anniversary with family and friends. The house was comfortable and equipped with all we needed. Kitchen and family room are excellent. The children (adults also) enjoyed the game room and were able to connect the Xbox and take advantage of the big screen of the cinema area playing their favorite games. July in Texas a pool is always welcome and the pool here was enjoyed by all. The host were gracious and available. Would certainly stay here again.

Spacious home

We enjoyed our stay in your spacious home. The communication with host excellent. The beds were very comfortable & rooms cool for sleeping. We were expecting a pool & hot tub from pictures & from previous guests comments. When we inquired how to turn on the hot tub we were told it was not a hot tub but a kids pool. This was definitely a hot tub not a kids pool. The location was fantastic close to everything we wanted to do.

Great Home

The home was awesome. It had more than what's needed in every way. Lots of space and it was laid out well especially for a larger group. the only thing I would say is that there was additional information the property manager needed that I never had to give before. I did not expect that and therefore ignored it at first and even thought it might be fraud. It would be better if the additional information (information to protect the parties from being victims of fraud) was asked for when making the reservation. Other than that I would defiantly stay here again!

Good overall a bit expensive for quality

Overall, it was a nice house, but it wasn’t cleaned very well. There were bugs around all the windows and they were all dirty and the bathroom sink faucet was very slow with water. The management was very good at responding right away to get things fixed, but there was just too much to get done. The blinds were all broke, remotes didn’t work properly.decent place just needs a deep cleaning and price needs to drop a bit. 150 a day to warm up the pool is a bit excessive since it takes 24 hours to get warm.

Weekend in Irving

Enjoyed the property very much. The space is very relaxing and we truly enjoyed the large home and the excellent floor plan. The pool area with hot tub are beautiful and very relaxing with the high privacy fence around the yard. Plenty of parking the property is easy to find. The gameroom/theater room was enoyable also, all the tvs were great to watch games and shows on.

Fun Times

This house was perfect for my son and his 3 boys aged 19 to 13. We used the pool and the game room the entire time we stayed. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and huge kitchen. The home would be perfect for a family reunion of 12-14 people. Wonderful experience!

Great house!

We love the house and the pool. Communication was great and the outdoor space was amazing. The only limitations I found were that the kitchen supplies were a little sparse, and the grill is at yhe end of its usable life. Thanks for a great weekend!

Family Get Together

We were in town for a football game and this home gave our family a chance to relax and enjoy each others company. We did have some issues getting the projector up and running and getting into one of the locked rooms but the property manager was super attentive and very helpful and handled the situation with ease. It was a great experience overall!

Great location and accommodations for quick World Series weekend stay!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location was very close and convenient for attending the World Series at Global Life Park. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Fathers Day Weekend

Booked this house on Father’s Day weekend and the house is extremely roomy and clean !!! The check process was simple and the location of the house is close to everything you need. The pool was the best part of the house !!! Me and my family definitely enjoyed the house. We must have picked an extremely hot weekend to go because the AC didn’t go below 72 until night time. It had trouble staying cool during the day. The media room was very nice but we were unable to use it because of the heat. The AC in the media was unable to cool that room at all. But my family didn’t mind because we spent the majority of the time in the pool ! Everything was 5 star except the heat !

This property is truly a hidden gem.Great location near Lone Star Park and excellent hole in the wall restaurants with 5 star quality food and service.Perfect neighborhood with wonderful amenities including a well built home with the best swimming pool and extremely clean.Beds we’re comfortable and truly great energy throughout the property with exquisite lighting indoors and outdoors..!! Ample room for a family

This 5 bedroom house with in-ground backyard pool offered privacy and ample room for us to stay with our grandsons and their parents. It was clean, simply and tastefully decorated without lots of worrying decorative pieces sitting around. The game room with a ping pong table and arcade machine were nice features that our grandsons enjoyed. All appliances and mechanical systems worked well. My only suggestions, and this is because we cooked our meals and ate in, would be to consider adding some more pots, pans and utensils. And perhaps a procedure manual or set of instructions on how to use the big projector TV in the game room. But otherwise, the property suited our needs nicely.

The property accommodated our family size. The pool was perfect for cooling off from the heat. The communication was timely. A few things need fixing but the property manager is eager to make that happen.
