I felt like I paid quite a bit for our room. Upon arriving there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. The bathroom was quite large but the tub was built in and not a soaking tub like the pictures. I was looking forward to a good soak this weekend. After opening the bathroom door, the smell disturbed the whole roo. And we asked to be accomedated wirh a room change. The next room was a bit smaller with no tub at all, but a large shower and great water pressure. The new room was right above the light rail, so we hear that all night, along with the nearby club music. We coukdnt figure out how to use the thermastat all night so I just about froze. Although the music and train didnt help either. There were dumplings and pizza near-by walking distance which was nice. The staff was kind and made the stay worth the while. I would not book here again as I dont feel the luxury price matched the lack of luxury experience.

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms and clean. The pool wasn't open because it is winter. Would have liked more meeting areas for business travelers, but those are minor concerns. It is a wonderful hotel that I highly recommend.
