We stayed here for Dallas market. It was very close. Room was clean and quiet. I’m soy and gluten free so found very little I could eat on the breakfast menu but was not surprised. Hard to eat out.

I don’t have a good experience with this hotel. I checked in online early and explicitly mentioned wanted to reserve a room doesn’t face freeway but got a room super close to the freeway. Have contacted the front desk for exchanging to another room, but got a room on the first floor with stinky smells. We were told no other rooms available except for a one near the elevator, then we switched back to our original one close to the freeway. Same problem, very bad smell comes from the A/C. The front desk looks polite but not helpful at all. It has a lot of empty parking space that night but don’t know why they don’t have a good room for an exchange. Rooms table is not very clean.

Positive Experience Overall

Great amenities, including breakfast, fitness center, guest laundry & swimming pool. Areas of hotel are aging, but nothing impeding our stay. Poor lighting in guest room and bathroom, but nice shelving in bathroom, as well as hooks & bars for towels. Shower heads, including a handheld were terrific.

There was a low spot by the toilet that we had to be really careful not to trip and fall. Shower wall was broken and gives the shower a bad look. Other than that everything was fine.

The hotel smelled of marijuana, we stayed in the king suite with sofa bed, they didn’t have pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. When we called they said we had to come down and get them once we got down there we were told they didn’t have any. Will not be returning.
