The room was decent for the night. The people next to me on both sides were noisy, so I couldn’t sleep very well. The washed clothes had hair on them. It takes a minute for the shower to run hot. There are shuttle services, but they don’t use them—you’ll have to take an Uber, and they reimburse you in cash. They will order you an Uber in the morning to the airport. I honestly think he was just lazy to drive, but whatever. It wasn’t bad overall. The night service desk staff was nice. The stay wasn’t bad, and it’s worth what you paid for.

Hotel smelled bad from the lobby to the room. Homeless people coming into the hotel. Staff were rude or just didnt care. Office center none of the computers worked. Breakfast was ok. Gym was ok. Room had broken tv remote and broken light.

The breakfast is always great. The ladies that serve it are wonderful. We had one big problem, our tv didn’t work ! We were promised it to replace the next day. Guess what, we come back and no tv!!!Thry said the maintenance man didn’t come to work.

The family room smelled stale and musty. The front desk did very little to address the issue and only provided a small air freshener, which did not help. The room showed clear signs of wear and tear, and the furniture was old and outdated. The door would not lock properly. While we were there, another guest’s car window was broken and police had to respond. I would not recommend this hotel. It felt more like a motel. Good: Breakfast was hot and decent. The staff was friendly, and the public areas were clean.

Processed food from breakfast had my stomach messed up two days I was there so I stopped eating the breakfast my last 2 days there. My room door key would never work even though they changed the batteries still kept having problems bathrooms tub had hair in the tub so that means they didn't clean it well one positive note was housekeeping came every single day I did like that to the point I tip the housekeeper cuz she was very kind and she seemed happy about what she was doing overall I feel the place can be updated a little bit more since the last time I was there it's a little rundown but it was fine we got through it can't say I will stay again though.
