I check in, because I was having surgery and wants a quite place to recover. After checking in I started to notice how dirty the room was. The toilet had dried up pee on it. It was so dusty. I wrote my name in dust. The fridge had food left in it. I told the front desk about the dirty room. Also told them to please clean it tomorrow morning and to be done before I come back from my surgery. Told them I'm not going to feel like dealing with anything after I come back from surgery. I called that night and told them, call that morning and told them, went to the front desk and told them and sent the GM a email with pictures. The room was cleaned when I came back. But my door was left open. I had my laptop and my very expensive medication that anyone could have took. I was to scared to enter the room. So I went back to the front desk and asked why was my door unlocked and was the cleaning done. She said they did clean my room but forgot to choose the door. So she gave me bottle water and cookies for my inconvenience.lol I was hurting so bad and feeling weak from the anesthesia. I couldn't protest or complain. I barely made it back to my room. The GM never replied to my email. Never contacted me

I had a great stay at this hotel — the staff were friendly, the amenities were solid, and the location was very convenient. Everything went smoothly overall. The only downside was that the room had a noticeable smell that didn’t go away during my stay. It wasn’t overwhelming, but definitely something to improve. Aside from that, everything else was really enjoyable
