Professional employees customer oriented. The TV was having problems and the manager wanted to send someone to correct problem. We declined because we wanted to go to sleep immediately. I recommend this property to any traveler that wants a good night's sleep

The hotel lobby was acceptable. The hallways and elevator looked terrible. The finishes everywhere were scared and in need of replacement. The room had one chair and was not comfortable.

We did not check into this hotel then Expedia denied our refund. Upon walking into the lobby and looking at their snack area, a roach ran across my wife’s foot! We left and I contacted Expedia who took no fault and has now put it on me to get a refund. I will not be using la Quinta or Expedia moving forward. Terrible environment, terrible service.

Never Again

This hotel is a dump. The TV is the size of my computer screen with an extremely frustrating remote that is not at all user friendly. We asked for a towel from the front desk and were told they were out of towels so gave us 2 hand towels to use. The entire place smells. The front “vents” of the air conditioner in the room was caked with dust. My bedside lamp could not be used as it was wired to the overhead light. The bed was very uncomfortable…I could go on and on.
