Exquisite 2-story Duplex, in a sought-after neighborhood made for entertaining. 2546 sqft, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, over-sized primary suite, open concept gourmet kitchen features, gas stove, Stainless Steel appliances, quartz counters, custom built coffee bar and amble of cabinet and counter space. Gated entrance with a 2-car garage.

Minutes from SMU, Dallas Love Field, DFW Airport, American Airlines Center, Downtown Dallas, Greenville Avenue, State Fair of Texas, and so much more.

From the property you can also walk to just about anything you need or want, food, shopping, nightlife, parks and more. This exquisite 4 bedroom 2 and half bath open-concept duplex is located in the heart of Knox Henderson. The kitchen has been updated to include large island with quartz counters, Stainless Steel appliances, gas stove, wine fridge and a custom-built coffee bar with butcher block counter tops and storage. The fully stocked with essentials, gourmet kitchen overlooking a spacious living room/dining room combination. Also down is a half bath, flex room (4th bedroom) that can be an office, playroom, or an extra bedroom. Outside, escape to a private, custom wood outdoor deck with a grill and a firepit, made for entertaining. Upstairs awaits 2 guest rooms and a walk-in laundry room with storage. The over-sized master suite has a double-sided fireplace and plenty room for sitting or office space. A large walk-in shower, double vanities and a separate tub can be found in master bath along with a generous sized closet.

We can provide 2 twin air mattresses for 2 extra people if needed, for a total of 10 guests, with a small fee. Please let us know ahead of time.

Great Property Close to some fun Dallas Things

Very happy with this townhouse/location. The place was clean, looked like the pictures, and had a helpful "What to do around here" book. The only negatives were that the upstairs common shower didn't properly seal when changing the water from the faucet to the showerhead, so the water pressure was low coming out of the showerhead, and that the door to the courtyard didn't seem to latch all the way based on humidity. The fix for the door was easy; just needed to deadbolt it. These minor things are obviously not a big deal, so very worth staying here. And not a negative or positive, but this place is clearly a Vacation rental based on the signs they have screwed into the walls, just something to know. The host responded quickly, and all instructions were clear. Good stuff, will be happy to stay here again if we are ever in Dallas.
