Carpet in hallway was very dirty. Then in the room the carpet was black sticky on many spots. Sounds not close on its own which is a huge security issue. There was one light for entire room which was a standing light Bathroom was nasty. Shower had mold and ceiling was stained and dirty. We were not comfortable showering as the tiles were loose and unclean. No fridge no microwave in room. Parking costs $100 which you only find out after date for cancelling.

No issue with staff, only had a brief interactions. However its misleading on the property description. In very small print in a different place is where it says parking fee on event days. Doesnt specify how much. When i called to ask abt parking thru told me it's automatic 120.00 on top of what your paying to to stay there. Couldnt cancel rm cause it was non-refundable. Room is one of the worst i ever stayed at. Elevator sounds like it going to break on you everytime you get in. The ONLY, thing good abt this place is the location. DO NOT STAY HERE..... GO READ ALL REVIEWS on google, yelp and whenever else... its worth it staying anywhere else thats more of a distance.

The room was dirty, the bedding had stains, dirty and what looked like insect wings on it. Walked out of the room to get a drink from the vending machines and there was a STRONG marijuana smell. Immediately went back into our room and started packing. The smell was so strong it was coming into the room. Front desk staff refused to refund and tried to refuse giving the deposit back. Left and never going back to this motel. Have already made complaint with company and demanded refund.

Mold on the ceiling and floor had wet spots of an unknown substance. Bathroom was very rundown and for the price you would think they could remove the mold on the ceiling and fix crusty rusty tubs. An additional $100 for parking which is FAIR. Literally a walk across the ATT stadium. Beds were nice and firm but the sheets had random orange spots.

Stayed here for AZ Cardinals game against the Cowboys. Hotel was ok but nicely conveniently across ATT stadium for a short walk. Our TV was glitchy but really didnt watch TV anyways.

When we checked in, they never asked about identifying our car for the football game. I knew there was a parking fee of $50 for the night of the game, but when I remembered a few hours later, and went back to the desk to inquire about the car, I was told yes there is a parking fee of $80, but he would only charge me $50. Like he was giving me a "special" break. The room was nothing special, but the AC worked and the beds were comfortable. The toilet deceided to overflow on its own just before I went to bed. Clean water, but just overflowed into the bathroom. I called the desk, and was told theres no maintenance so we would have to move rooms. I had to wake my husband and we had to switch rooms. Very inconvenient and the new room was dirty. No vacuuming had been done, and the mirrored feature behind the only lights in the room looked like it hadnt been cleaned. No refrigerator, no microwave, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no coffeemaker, no frills. The only upside was it was within walking distance to the stadium. If I had it to do over, I wouldve stayed in a hotel farther away and fought the stadium traffic. The price woulve been the same.

Rooms were decent didn’t know that when we checked in to watch a Cowboys game we would still have to pay the 100$ parking. Since we stayed at the motel. For all that price figured we would have a microwave in the room. Or at least free breakfast. But we did stay close to the game and was a good walking distance. Just next time say online we have to oy the extra parking fee
