The reason why I did this: Booked this due to death in the family. Had to stay a night in Dallas. One minute after I booked this, I called the hotel directly and asked about the transportation from the DFW airport. This is what filters I put in Expedia when looking for a room. They said no transportation was available. I cancelled the booking and was still charged.

Room was clean when we arrived and cleaned very well daily thru out our stay. Staff was incredible friendly. We had a 1st floor room and the guests above us were incredibly active. Could hear thru the ceiling what I assumed to be a young child running back and forth for house.
