Best stay right outside Dallas!

Our family's first trip to Dallas and this was the perfect place to stay! The house is exactly as shown in pictures, so clean and very spacious. The pool is heated and perfect to relax by. The host Jared is so accommodating and very quick to respond. Will for sure book again when traveling to the Dallas area again!

The home was perfect and just like it was described. The house was clean and had plenty of towels. Jared was a awsome host and very responsive and even went out of his way to help us when we locked ourselves out. The location of the house was great not too far from everywhere and right by the highway. I would recommend this property and will definitely be back.

All the place was immaculate and as pictured. I wish I would’ve said an advance to turn on the heated pool, but we ended up being too busy to use it anyway it was a perfect place to stay and I liked the quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable home!

We were in Dallas for a wedding and this home was perfect for our daughter and her kids to join us for the weekend. The beds were comfortable and the pool and the home were clean. Although our stay was short, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property if you’re in the area.

Wonderful Stay in a Great Home with a Great Host!

We had such a fantastic experience staying at Jared's lovely home! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. First off, the location was perfect. The house was easy to find, nestled in a cute and quiet neighborhood. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of space available. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find that the home matched its description perfectly. Clean, organized, and spacious, it provided the ideal setting for our group. The entire space was impeccably maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool. Opting for the pool heater was absolutely worth it, as the water was at the perfect temperature for swimming and lounging. Jared even provided plenty of pool towels, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The backyard was another standout feature of the property. Despite the sizable pool, there was still ample space to relax and unwind outdoors. It was the perfect spot for soaking up the sun and enjoying each other's company. Throughout our stay, Jared's communication was exceptional. He was always prompt, clear, and efficient in his responses, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. To top it all off, Jared went above and beyond by graciously allowing us to return to the home to retrieve a couple of items we had accidentally left behind. His kindness and hospitality was amazing!

We stayed at the house for two weeks and everything was great! The house was clean and really well equipped, there was plenty of space for all 10 of us and the pool was amazing!! Spitting Facts About 401

We were celebrating a bride and this was the perfect place to house all of us! All guests were amazed at the property. The home aesthetic is farmhouse chic. There more than enough beds for all five of us and plenty of pull out couches. We had all of the kitchen utensils needed, amenities, and this home had the world’s comfiest blankets. Pool in the back is such a nice touch and probably better in the summer months, so we’ll probably need to book again! The garage access in the back was my favorite part, and there was plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles. Jared went above and beyond with his communication. He made sure our visit would be perfect, offered suggestions, and provided the exact amount of communication needed for our stay. I’m blown away with this listing!
