I really enjoy staying at the nylo tapestry hotel. Unfortunately my shade in the room was not functional and I had to call for maintenance. I think there was a miscommunication as I ended up waiting about two hours before I could use the room.

I loved my room and my bathroom. My AC was making some noise and they sent an engineer to repair it immediately. They even offered a room change but I stayed in my room. The room is spacious and the bathroom is great. I read someone complaining about the small sink. Yet the sink is small but I don't see what the problem is. Great patio and great pool. The morning coffee was okay but next door at walking distance there is a great Starbucks and Neckter for fresh smoothies and juices so I was all set. Loved the lobby, the gym and all the other lounge areas as well. Loved Dallas Plano NYLO!

AC system has issues.

Checked in to room. Room was 78 degrees. Turned it down and then got ready to get dinner. Went to get dinner, was out for a few hours. Came back and room was still 78 degrees. Every time I left the room to do something, I always came back to a hot 78 degree room. Front desk offered me another room, but that room was at 78 also.

Tv was broken and did not work, toilet flushed every 5 minutes on its own. Told the staff at front office and they said they were aware of the tv issues and were experiencing issues in certain rooms, they said there was nothing they could do about it. I provided feedback after my stay to hotel and they said they would get back with me. They never did which was even more frustrating. For $150 a night, for 2 nights, I feel I they took advantage of me, my kindness, and my wallet. I do not recommend and will never stay at another nylo hotel.
