Awesome, Great Pool & Gym

Awesome. Great Rooms with Comfy beds & pillows. Great Pool with Bar & Views. The Gym is the best I have used in a hotel. More machines than I’ve seen, plus free weights (dumbells), with cold water & cold towels for guest. The restaurants were quality, we mainly ate in Texas Spice. It was an easy walk to downtown. Wifi is an extra cost. We thought it was included. TV was excellent, but movies were expensive. But that’s not why we were there. Rooms were also quiet & Ice machine was excellent.

We liked the hotel, but had a couple problems with the room. First, our AC kept making a lot of loud noises throughout the entire night. Like clunking noises. Also The bed was very uncomfortable. Both my wife and I left there with some pretty bad back pain. The valet and staff were very friendly. And overall, a really good hotel but we just expected more for it being the Omni in Dallas

Housekeeping was very slow ti respond to requests during my 5 day stay. I was in room 830 and requested a do not disturb sign for the door three times. Finally, the next morning staff member Brandon brought it up himself. I felt that that was very disrespectful to have to have my request ignored by housekeeping, please do better. Brandon's upbeat & courteous manner saved the day. It was a joy working with him.
