Worst hotel experience ever. There was no heater despite extremely cold weather. The entire place looked and smelled trashy. Overall, it was just horrible.

If you just need a place to lay your head down this is it. The rooms are pretty run down. The ac unit was torn apart but worked. The restroom made a loud noise all day. The wifi does not work at all. I called to see if the passcode was wrong and was told that the wifi is hit or miss, but probably wouldn’t work due to the internet provider. The phone didn’t work inside. It was bad. But like I said if you just need a cheap place to sleep at, go ahead. The area is kind of sketch though.

It's the most terrible place to stay I would wish that on my worst enemy, for the amount of money their asking to false advertise the place is insane. None of the rooms looks like the pictures.stains on sheets and pillow cases. Tvs don't work you watch the cowboys game in the lobby. The only overall good thing it has was Hot water.

Room was neglected, smells of weed and cigarettes even though it’s no smoking, my room smelled of smoke when I got there, bathroom sink was clogged. One microwave in the lobby for the whole building to use. The hotel or room did not look like the pictures at all. The curtains were filthy

This hotel is misrepresenting the quality and the excellent reviews are incorrect. Our room had ripped up curtains that were falling off the railing. The bed was stained. There were not outlet covers on any of the outlets. The lights did not work and the toilet was broken. We were in the room for a couple minutes and immediately returned our room keys and left and had to book at a different hotel. I currently have priority refund request submitted through expedia. The desk staff were kind and that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.
