Good staff! Good clean, in room coffee makers need an update! Pool and Hot tub....hmmm...needs remodeling...why I dont give it 5 stars! Fitness center...needs a few more pieces of equipment. Restaurants (moxies and sharky) are solid! Overall, I like the Sandman quite a bit!

However, the entrance of the hotel was dirty- especially coaches- and cleaning was being done at 9pm which should be early in the morning, all dusts wiped through to us while having coffee. Hotel is one the cleanest one not only in TX also around the Country.

The staff and facilities are very good. Very helpful receptionists. Only a couple of things - we felt the breakfast buffet could have had a few more items for the price. Also, the room had a smoke detector that flashed an annoying bright light but we fixed it by putting a piece of black electrical tape over it.

Love this hotel! First off they are not shoo-ing you out the door first thing in the A.M., and they don't shut done the pool at 9pm like most. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and designed well, oh and the beds were very comfortable. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Scott from the front desk who went above and beyond to roll out the red carpet on our second night checking back in (because the first night was so far above the status quo of a typical Hotel). Well done Signature Sandman, well done.
