Great location!

A group of us met up here for a celebratory weekend, check in was simple & clear. Spacious with plenty of hang out space around the townhouse for all. However the property does not have enough amenities for a larger group such as towels , dishes , trash bags etc which is not a big deal if

Excellent stay near downtown

We had a great stay! The apartment was within walking distance to American Airlines center, science museum, and most things downtown. Our teenagers loved playing the video game and the rooftop was a nice place to hang out.

Great Stay in Dallas

The property manager was extremely responsive and made the process easy. The place is very new and has great finishes. Both the kitchen and roof deck are great places to hand out before heading out for a night in Dallas. The location has excellent, close to downtown and Deep Ellum. We would stay at this location again.

A perfect weekend getaway!

This was a truly unforgettable weekend for us! I booked this property as a proposal location because I wanted a private rooftop view of Dallas to propose to my now fianceé, Meaghan. It was very clean and organized, the owner was very responsive when I would have a question, and overall the experience was great! Would stay here again in the future.

Lower Greenville was a cool area close to the vrbo. Vrbo was nice and worked well, just couldn’t get the Wi-Fi working at the property

Very nice place

I enjoyed my stay here, it was very clean, quite, just a lovely place in general. I would recommend this place to people that doesn’t have any health problems. It’s about 3 or 4 stories high, so if you have knee problems, or breathing condition climbing the stairs is a lot. Also, it doesn’t have bath tubs only showers. I rather sit in a tub then take showers. But I would rent this place again 2 thumbs up 👍🏾
