My Wonder Hotel Land Experience

They are adorable. Rooms are like a little apartment and it has a homie feeling. The staff is super adorable and treat me very nice . Also the room cleaning is exceptional. Little things in life that you learn to be grateful for. Thank you all!!

I paid on line and had no information about having to pay to park for each day. And the parking lot is not even properly lighted at night to feel safe or be able to see. But thay want to charge for it? When I asked why wasnt it a part of you informing so a customer can consider it. The desk clerk just said I dont know what's on the internet. But its something we started. I told her I would not have chosen this place if I had known that up front. So I parked my car in the park and ride dart train lot and walked back to hotel. Because I refuse to be paying more money for something I had already thought I paid in full. And I will never stay here again for that reason. Nothing special about the lot to be charging and especially since its badly lighted at night.

Place is awesome , little things take make a big difference. My coffee pot in the room was not working and I reported to staff . Guess what ? They went to buy a brand new one for my room . I felt like royalty ! Thank you so much to all the staff members in this hotel . You rock !
