The banister is loose. Master bathroom toilet closet is way too small. Water takes forever to heat up and beds are hard as concrete. But other than that was a very nice house.
Nos la pasamos genial ; la casa cuenta con todo para disfrutar en familia a mis hijos les encanto la alberca. Les recomiendo ampliamente esta casa no se van a arrepentir . 10 de 10
I will start out by saying the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We took our 2 miniature schnauzers and the fence was in horrible condition. Our dogs got into the neighbors backyard and one of them got through their gate and ended up barking at our front door. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans but no measuring devices for cooking/baking. The water on one side of the house was hot but on the other side of the house we got lukewarm showers and it took running the water for 5 minutes to even get that. We would not book this house again.
Our organization FoodTokTV met there for a cooking competition. The stay was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. We had 1 issue with a toilet and he came over within 20 minutes and repaired the issue. That was awesome.
The check in was good. As we got in we found out the dishwasher didn't work. There appeared to be mold in the vents. The railing was loose on the stairs. Don't get me wrong the house is beautiful. But it needs some repairs.
The house was great! Big enough for our family and having a pool made it that much better. Located in very nice part of town with easy access to interstate and shopping. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
Our team stayed at this large property in Grand Prairie, Texas for a month while working on a nearby project. The home was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and convenient base for our crew. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the common areas made it easy to gather and unwind after work. The location was also ideal, with quick access to local stores and major roads.Overall, a great stay for an extended work trip â weâd definitely book again.
The property is located conveniently. It is clearly intended as a crash pad for those attending events in Arlington. We had issues with hot water, the dish washer did not work, and it was clean but no nearly as I have seen others. The hosts were inconsistent in communication and gave little instruction. I would not use this property again.
Overall it was a very nice stay.
1. Shower downstairs took a while to warm up.
2. Book beds are not comfortable at all for adults.
3. The coffee pot needs upgrading
Overall very nice place to stay. Plenty of room for large families. Key code to get in was temperamental and parking was tight, but we all drive very large vehicles. I would definitely rent the house again. Host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was perfect for our large extended family. Location was great, within walking distance to a grocery store. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook with. Loved that it was a gas stove!!
Large house with many rooms to cater to multi family groups. Multi-tier bunk beds, great communal spaces indoor and outdoor.
The house is in a nice neighborhood close to the airport and Arlington sports complexes.
It has a pool outside, but the outdoor kitchen isnât 100% working.
The AC in the house is amazing and we were very comfortable throughout our stay.
The kitchen, while beautiful wasnât 100% functioning. The dishwasher wasnât working and was not communicated to us prior to the stay but only when I reached out inquiring where the dishwasher tabs were was notified it didnât work. The oven had a gas leak and we needed to keep the patio door open while baking.
The water heater took about 10 minutes to heat the downstairs shower.
I would still recommend this rental and stay again but just with the heads up of the current issues that need to be resolved.
