Big Whoops on SPARK by Hilton.

The room was great. The shower gel was absolutely empty.. so I was not pleased Mentioned it at the desk at checkout and the desk attendant called the head maid over and alerted her to the problem, of course this was good for the next guest but left me hanging on the shower without even as bar of soap. First time in my life I have not had essentials for my morning shower. Hope the next guest has better luck.

For the price - this is a GREAT hotel. Lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Blowdryer Continentals breakfast. Bed & pillows were very nice.

I rarely review a hotel but this one was exceptional. New, fresh decor, very clean. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. I am partially disabled and have limited mobility. They sent a van when I found myself too far to walk. This is my Grapevine home away from home. .
