The only reason I booked this property was because the listing stated this was a âNEWâ property. This was a flat out lie. The property has new management that was the only thing that was new. Poor advertising. The rooms did not look like a traditional Staybridge room which they used stock pics to advertise. Very old dirty nasty furniture in the living room. I booked the 2 bedroom. The bedroom TV remotes did not work. The curtains and the carpet looked like they had never been updated. I could go on and on. I requested a refund but was told I would have to pay for 1 night. Which, I still think was unfair since I got catfished into thinking the property was NEW. The listing should be updated to give customers the truth about the property. Checked in and out in less than 10 minutes.
The first room I was given someone else was staying in it. The second room was okay, no USB ports anywhere in the room, the sheets felt like sand paper and the commode ran all night. The tv wouldnât turn on with the remote and you only got very minimal channels. No chair, just a sunk in old nasty couch. The back door by room didnât work with your key card to get back in. Do not recommend.

Old hotel, poorly maintained, crappy taco bar for breakfast with powdered eggs and gross meat and very little else to choose from. There are too many other options to stay in this dump, I will NOT be staying there again
It wasn't immediately easy to spot since there isn't a sign at the curb or on the building that we could see. Our room was missing the microwave, dishes & cookware. I had to ask the desk clerk for ice since there isn't a public machine like in all the other hotels we've stayed in. But he was kind enough to bring me a bag from the kitchen. There are 2 ice trays in the freezer but they were empty when we arrived.
