I called prior to booking to inform the property that I have a service dog and to verify they had handicap rooms available...everything was fine and the front desk urged me to book I called back right after booking and was told sorry we don't allow service dog, under the ada act you have to by law. They said they would cancelled my reservation and did not and have refused to issue refund

The room was clean but there was an odor in the room. Bathroom floor had busted tiles on floor. The chair was excessively worn. Overall the room just needs a complete remodel. Hosts are very nice but I would never stay there again

Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean. My only complaint is the house keepers didn’t clean our room Saturday so we had no new towels and the bed was an uncomfortable but could have just been because I’m away from home.

It’s obvious the owners are trying to stay up-to-date (new paint and carpet), it’s just an older hotel and needs basic replacements like doors and bathroom countertops. Bed was comfy and linens smelled fresh.
