Casa Manzanita II is a cozy and uniquely decorated Cape Cod home. This ground floor unit is located in the lantern district and on top of the hill overlooking the renowned Doheny Beach. Located less than a block away is Sea View Park, equipped with a brand new play area for children, gorgeous ocean views, and walking trail.

Casa Manzanita II features two bedrooms,each with a king bed, one full bath, a kitchen, and living room. This home is designed with luxurious furniture, nautical antiques and state of the art amenities. Equipped with Sonos, Alexa, and smart TV’s in every room, and a smart lock system. The festive covered outdoor deck is strung with lights, and has a fire pit; perfect for cozy evening gatherings.

There are a range of activities to choose from like Yoga sessions at the park, whale watching, fishing charters, visits to Catalina, jet-ski, ocean sports, and bike rentals. This home is minutes away from Dana Point's great restaurants, bars, music venues, surf shops, boutiques, parks, beaches and harbor.

A bit disappointing

This place is definitely a great location and in a nice little neighborhood, near a park, and close to the beach and other amenities. It’s just the lower level hasn’t been maintained the best. The bathroom is disappointing as the toilet and shower drainage was poor. There’s also ants and other bugs throughout the house. Door knobs and cabinets need repairs and overall I was just not impressed, especially for the money we paid.
