Set in lush tropical surroundings it is the perfect getaway for business or pleasure. Ample secure parking for vehicles including four wheel drives, caravans, trailers or boats. Access is by a secure extra-wide electric sliding gate flanked by a 1.8 metre steel front fence. Ideally located close to the airport, large shopping precinct and beaches, which are 10-minute drive away. Rapid Creek Markets (Saturday and Sunday morning) is a 5 minute drive . Nightcliff Markets (Sunday morning) is a 10 minute drive. Parap markets (Saturday morning) is a 15-minute drive. Mindil Beach Sunset Markets (seasonal schedule).
