The space
This stunning space is an ideal romantic getaway or perfect holiday destination if you are seeking peace and relaxation.

The four-person residence, ideally and predominately suited to families, couples and travelling work colleagues alike, located on Level 7 of an Esplanade building, has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a wall-mounted TV and work desk.

The bedroom has the option of Queen size bed, with a flat screen TV that can be watched from the comfort of your bed. Large glass doors provide direct balcony access, so you can step outside and sip your morning coffee while you take in the breeze.

The bedroom composes an ensuite with a shower and bathtub, as well as the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer.

Darwin Festival

We stayed in Darwin to enjoy the Festival and the joys of the ‘top end’ in August.

Cleanliness disappointing

Very disappointed in the presentation of apartment re cleanliness. Numerous issues with rubbish still in bin, used food and drink in fridge, wet smelly tea towels, no hairdryer (which owner purchased) dirty plates and microwave plate, glasses & cups still on drain board, shower nozzle not connected properly (which we fixed) sticky kitchen floor, pot cupboard crumbs etc over pots and pans, faeces in toilet brush holder, brown water spitting out of iron, urine smell in 2nd bedroom, no hand towels or face washers ( supplied after a call to owner) poor quality linen and pillows.
