Good location and price

Good value for the money - this is a good place. No restaurants in but Nextdoor. The night market is right there. The front desk has beautiful girls in charge. It’s clean and efficient for the price.

I've stayed at more than 10 hotels and resorts in the Davao area. The "C" is by far the best value! Nice size room and bath! A/c and hot water! Visually appealing! Walking distance to Night Market. This is our new #1! We will stay here again!

Never Again

My experience in the hotel was terrible. From start, it was not good. 1). I went for check-in after 12:00 pm, they checked me in without saying anything but after 30 minutes they called me in and said that i checked in 2 hour early because hotel check-in time is 2pm and i have to pay early check-in fee ( why didn't tell me before? i would have gone to nearby restaurant and would have checked in 2pm). 2). Wifi in the hotel was terrible, i called the hotel twice, they said somebody will fix it, but nothing happened. This hotel has wifi but don't work at all. to open google search page, it will take 5 minutes. 3). There was ants and bugs everywhere in the room. even in beds i found ants and cockroaches crawling. this was my worst experience in Philippines.
