The hotel was very nice, clean, all necessary amenities provided, including an adequate breakfast. My son remarked on the excellent comfort of the bed. The only unfortunate thing was that, because of some physical limitations, the bed was so high I could not get into it, and spent the night in a chair.
The woman who checked us in was very unfriendly. The room, lobby, stairwell, hallways were all filthy. Choose another hotel! I was very disappointed with the price I paid. Limited parking as well.
Hotel smelled of mold in the lobby. Hotel was very dirty and basically vacant. Comfort In person at desk was rudest person ever. Room smelled badly of mold. I complained about the room the next day and desk person berated me for 15 minutes. Saying I should have said this before and it is a big inconvenience to move it. Telling me how I should act and he is sick of complaints. After the forth time telling me this I said enough. Either do it or donât move my room. He then told me to give him back the key and get out. Even though I had paid for another night. Very unpleasant experience.
I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 a.m. after a long drive. When I attempted to check in, I was asked to leave because I would not provide a cash deposit, despite having already paid in full through Hotels.com. As a result, I had no choice but to wait in my car in the parking lot until I could find another place to stay.
The receptionist, an older Indian woman, was extremely rudeânot only to me but also to another guest who tried to calm the situation. She dismissed me without concern and showed no professionalism. After reading several Google reviews, I now realize this issue with rude staff has been mentioned before.
This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Like sleeping on cement. The smell of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming. Front desk was rude from the moment we checked in. No vending machines to get water. You have to pay $2.00 at the front desk for a bottle of warm Walmart water.
Over stay at the comfort Inn Hotel in Huber Heights Dayton Ohio, was very pleasant. Staff was great, easy check in with the help of a very kind and friendly lady. Room was very comfortable, but smelt a bit damp. Mattress can use soon updating, Toilet seat broken, hubby fixed it. Other than that very relaxing.
Did not stay hotel employee canceled my booking . Saw my girlfriend who I got the room for and because she was Spanish tried to raise the price of the room claiming it was a deposit fee . Would only take cash even tho my card was on file . I want a full refund and this business shut down for racial profiling
very out dated. could not find anyone at front desk for 5 min at check in. says no smoking but the first floor hall smells like someone smoking pot. they cover it with room spray. plugs compleatly worn out could not use.
