As I was checking in, the lady at the counter was on the phone. This lady would just gesture at me. She finally got off the phone and checked me in. The best thing happened when another lady named Kendra offered to help me with my luggage. Kendra also made me feel welcome and she offered wonderful places to visit during my stay. I had to cut my visit short due to unexpected circumstances and Kendra was extremely helpful. When I was checking out, the same lady that checked me in was rude and told me I would not receive a refund. She was not professional at all. I’m thankful for Kendra for helping make my stay nice. Kendra is professional, friendly and a joy to know.

Nicely renovated

Nice hotel. Renovated rooms and bathroom. Spacious. Good breakfast. Minor road noise can be heard. Air con worked great. We had a room that slept 6 and it worked well.

There were a couple hairs in shower but everywhere else was immaculate. The room I was in let some traffic noise in that was a bit bothersome. Great breakfast in the morning and everything else was amazing. They should raise their rates.

Nice location, friendly staff, poor maintenance there was areas in the room unpainted, drywall fixes that weren't painted, bathroom floor was dirty and hand some hair on it. Some of the linens had stains on it.

I like to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Dayton. I LOVE the pool. It's big enough to actually get some exercise in. This hotel is always quiet. The breakfast is always very good.

I won’t stay at any other hotel in the area unless they are unavailable. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the service is amazing. Breakfast is provided but not the best I have ever had but passible. The pool area is clean and indoor. The recent re-model has created very comfortable rooms.
