This property allegedly agreed to my confirmed stay on Expedia, I arrived and had no reservation on file in the middle of the night. The people at the front desk made minimal attempt to help fix the problem, deferring me to Expedia, who did nothing to fix or own the problem despite their blunders. Bottom line, I had no room despite booking months in advance, stressing me out over 600 miles from home. The area was sold out and I wound up at a Motel 6. Unfathomable horrible customer service for both Holoday Inn annd Expedie and unreliability. I would not recommend anyone stay here or be assured Expedia will have your room despite you confirming and paying them, you will be stressed and overwhelmed by the poor customer service. Vote with your money and go elsewhere.
