Made reservation in Feb for arrival in May. When we tried to check in they had nothing indicating we had reservations. Prior to checking in tried to reach host about a couple different things and no response from them. Tried to reach host and management company to find out what was going on and no answer, Finally reached VRBO and told the person my problem and while I was on the phone the reservation showed up and she immediately hung up on me. The unit had nothing comfortable to sit on but the beds were comfortable. Very disappointing with the overall arrangements. Resort was noisy, with people slamming doors and yelling after midnight. Most of the shops adjoining the resort were closed and overall run down.

We've stayed at Ocean Walk Resort many times in the past without any issues, however, this past weekend was a bit frustrating. First of all, the bottom park of the shower was loose which made it difficult to turn on the top part of the shower and when we called downstairs, we were told that maintenance cannot assist since we booked through a third party and since we did not know who to contact, we did the best we could to get cleaned up. Secondly, there was only two rolls of toilet paper available and we were four staying from Friday to Monday. When we went downstairs to request toilet paper, we were informed that we had to pay for it since we did not book through Ocean Walk. We've booked through VRBO in the past without any issues. should we have done something differently? Please advise.

The actual wyndham property was great how ever our room? Not so much:Mold in bath tub bought and put our bath mat down. Beware! There's a reason they charge such a high damage deposit! They will find something to charge you for even if it's not legit! They charged us 400 for ashes in the garbage disposal and we don't even smoke! I even had photos of everything as I wanted to make sure nothing like this happened. They still refuse to give the full damage deposit back. And also watch out for the black mold in the shower.

Over all the condo was great. When we arrived there were a few things that would get from normal wear in tear. And the housekeeps left trash on balcony but nothing that could be fix or easy to deal with so over all it was great. No complaints. Even gave us extra hr because we had 1 elderly and one handicap due to broken knee. So we knew it would take a little while long to get it clean up and packed up.

We Absolutely loved our stay!! By far the best place we have stayed at in Daytona Beach. The entire property is perfect! Great room, location and our son loved the waterslide and lazy river! Property has several restaurants that you can get to from within the resort and never have to walk outside! Would highly recommend to couples looking for a nice getaway or families with kids! We will definitely be back!!

The property was clean! I LOVED the amenities. I wish the communication with the property management was better. The air conditioner was locked and I was unable to get the access information after requesting it in order to change the thermostat. Also, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the shower faucet handle was about to break. There needs to be some money put back into the property.

Very clean, perfect location. Couldn’t figure out the TV channel's, directions to how to use controllers and find local stations would be nice. Over the commode, there seemed to be a missing picture or something when we arrived. There’s only 4 pieces of tape. We did not use stove, plates, or utensils….It was a very nice, kept property!

I loved the property. Will definitely stay again in the future. Lots of pools to choose from. The unit we stayed in was nice and clean. Beds and pull out were comfortable. There was a brand new toothbrush and toothpaste which was a great surprise not something you normally see but there was no soap for bathing which is something that’s usually provided. Overall we had a great stay.
