The room was clean, and the additional pillows were great too. Bed little hard but ok. Our room was 229 and beside the elevator. Yes, we heard plenty of guest outside our room. Overnight the sounds in our room were horrendous. Not just the elevator, but other strange noises coming through the walls. I don't know if that room was possessed or what but it sure was great to get back home and sleep in silence. We have stayed at this location before and enjoyed it. Breakfast is convenient with lots of options. The coffee is great as well. Look, I do like this hotel and its convenience to the beach and Flagler but that room we were in, 229, was not what the Hamptons are about. Possibly the worse room in the resort regarding comfort and silence at night. Hope this helps your leadership staff to recognize the challenge and do the right thing.

I'm unused to being charged a large fee for parking at a Hampton Inn. Also did not like getting the room next to the elevator (on the first floor). Was this because i booked through Expedia rather than Hilton/Hampton Inn?

AWFUL - Charged for a rm when I tried to cancel

We didn't stay tried to cancel weeks before and I was denied my money back even with insurance! HORRIBLE that you would not return our money even tho we could not stay and I tried to reschdule weeks and weeks before my stay! Then you send me a survey when we weren't even at your Hotel! AWFUL!

For the price I expected a very comfortable bed. That’s basically what hotels are for. To sleep and to shower. This is an older hotel on the bed was very uncomfortable. I was disappointed in that.

Very nice location able to walk to restaurants, shopping & beach. No car needed. We walked to the beach and even got a great view of a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Friendly staff and nice morning breakfast. Dog friendly rooms available and clean.
