Great Stay

Stayed with my family for a few days to attend a wedding nearby. The property was clean, chic, and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to unwind after a hectic weekend of events. While I didn’t get to spend much time at the apartment myself, my family did, and they were comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.I’d definitely love to rebook and take the time to truly enjoy the space and explore the area without being pulled in so many directions.

Perfect Daytona Beach bungalow

Mid century modern bungalow with everything one would need. Can't get a better location to the Ocean Center Convention Center which was the location of the event I directed. Two of my staff members stayed as well, and we were at the Ocean Center in around 2 minutes walking time as we were located directly behind it. Also, we were about a minute further from the ocean, shops and restaurants, (not that we had time to enjoy those amenities). Everything in the house was great, perfect for a family beach vacation.

We booked this lovely boutique unit to accommodate our 7 person family for a few nights while in town for the annual Winter Guard competition (we came in third!). Just literal steps away from the convention center made this ideal for our situation. The upper unit was more than enough space even for an extended stay, I’m sure. The host, Darryl was phenomenal! Very responsive and personable. He also provided us with everything you could need for a home away from home feeling while on vacation. My family makes this trip every year and plan to book this unit for the foreseeable future if it is available. Thanks for a great stay D. Hope to see you on the West coast! First one is on me!

Great spot for proximity to beach

Darrell’s place is a has a great location for proximity to beach! I felt safe, but it’s definitely an older part of Daytona with many VRBO’s nearby. The place has a very steep staircase when you enter so if you are physically impaired, this is not the place for you. Check in and communication with host was great! The place itself is great if you just need a place to sleep and quickly gather. Living space is quite large and very clean. The bunk beds squeak quite a bit so bring ear plugs. The ceiling above one of the beds is coming off so we opted not to sleep on the bed, wasn’t a big deal. The bathroom is very small (probably 3 ft. wide) but has everything you need! Overall it had all the necessities, but wouldn’t recommend for a “nice” beach vacation.

GET IT, GET IT NOW!

Long story short, I like VRBO’s for family vacations. But sometimes they are hit and miss, I rented this for my sons 16th birthday as we were going to go celebrate in Daytona.. let me tell you how scared I was, I always ask them to give me a real review. The last one we went to wasn’t good at all, and I was so disappointed
 so we walked up the stairs, and our kids thought they were living the life! High class home! They were so impressed! My husband and I were so in love how close it was to everything! The security was a MAJOR plus! Everything was amazing! We appreciate you guys for letting us rent this place. HIGH CLASS YALL, take it from someone who lives in the sticks of NCFL. Thank you guys! The property was very nice and spacious, it was also very close to the beach and other nightly attractions. The property manager was very responsive, and attentive he even checked on my family and I when our flight kept getting delayed to ensure we arrived safely. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Daytona area!

Cute, but be aware if tiny bathroom

For a family of 4 the one tiny bathroom was a challenge, no door in the shower and space was limited Be aware is a steep stair to get to the property And there are some door on the kids room, hanging there, yes like is some construction going on Putting aside that, the kitchen is functional the decor is nice, the location for us was very convenient Communication with the manager of the property once we were there was good
