I stay in Daytona/Ormond Beach once a month and this beats any motel I have stayed..they are trying to upgrade the outside..we stayed in a suite that was comfortable enough to be a 1 bedroom apartment! Will be staying here again for sure..the only thing I would have liked would have been the pool to be heated

This is a good budget hotel. It was clean in the rooms. The hotel is undergoing construction and it was not stated on the website anywhere. It was very loud as some one all day Saturday was using an angle grinder. If you want to book here call first and ask about the construction. Do not expect an amazing stay as it says beach view, the “view” is the front area where your door is. There is no balcony, if you want to sit and watch the ocean it will be outside your front door on the walk way where everyone smokes cigarettes.

Quality corporation needs to update the photos of the property. They currently are doing exterior updates and extremely dusty. Staff extremely nice and accommodating due the update situation.

Service was ok...motel was under construction which was not explained beforehand. Alot of dirt and dust everywhere including the parking area. Very poor lighting..no lights at all on the stairways or where you entered your room. Heater in room broken. Had to move to another room. Phone in room didn't work. No way to contact front desk with cell phone. .all numbers listed online were reservation services. Room numbers stuck in the windows instead of attached to the doors.I would not recommend to anyone.

Almost every room has a view of the ocean except the 1st floor. Staff was helpful and polite. The pool isn't heated, so we didn't use, the parking lot was really dark at night. They were working on painting the exterior. Would stay again for the beach location.

Upon check in they should have notified guests there was no hot water. When we discovered this they kept telling us it would be just a few hours do to a repair. 48 hours later still no hot water. It was all a ruse. They were still working on it. They refused to credit back any discount for the lack of hot water. Breakfast has gone downhill.

Clean and spacious, right on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast! Biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, plus the usual waffle and cereals. We would stay here again!

We selected an accessible room on Expedia but none was available at check in, even tho the reception clerk tried to find one. So my handicapped wife was unable to shower for our two day stay. Even if she has been able to get in the tub, there were no hand rails. Otherwise, the room was fine, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was great., this older hotel has been kept up and is a good value for ocean view property.

Clean. Safe. Affordable.

The hotel was furnished with clean towels, floors, and bedding. The room smelled, and looked, like it had been cleaned very recently. Given it's on the beach, I expect a small level of sand on the floor. No major complaints! That said, one of the comforters was still damp .. There was a de-humidifier in the room (hallelujah!) which I emptied twice in our less than 24 hours there. My comforter also has some stains/discoloration. It smelled clean but... Not insulated well and street/parking lot sounds carried into the room and woke us intermittently throughout the night. (For the record, I am a SOUND sleeper). If you're looking for a safe, relatively clean place to say that doesn't cost an arm and a leg I recommend.

Me and my kids had stayed at the property Monday - Friday. The room hasn’t been cleaned during the stay despite the calls to the management and the personal contact with the cleaning personnel . We took out our trash daily and made our beds , brought the dirty towels to reception. The stairs are on dangerous condition as well as the sidewalks. Pool is dirty and full of sand . The front desk stuff isn’t helpful and rude .Very not recommended for stay especially with kids.
