The villa is near the woods and dunes and in the middle of the unique 'De Dennen' nature reserve, which is part of the National Park 'Dunes of Texel'. It is also just 2 km from the beach pavilion Paal 17 and a stone's throw from the Caluna swimming paradise, Ecomare and Schipbreuk, and the Juttersmuseum Flora. _x000D_

The villa features a bright living room with 2 sliding glass doors giving access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture, facing south. 2 of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, and there is a cot and chair for the smallest holidaymakers. From March 2023, this accommodation is gas-free and equipped with a kitchen with an induction hob.
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Ruim huis voor 8 personen, baby en hond. Huis is amper ingericht (sfeer) en we misten wel wat zaken als extra dekens (we waren er in een koude periode), basis schoonmaakmiddelen, meer dan 8 glazen e.d. Straatverlichting toegangsweg deed het niet. Al met al maakt dat dat de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding niet goed is. Locatie prima, huis was ook netjes schoon. De extra gaskachel was super. Ventilatiesysteem maakte veel herrie, maar daar kwam heel snel iemand voor langs.
