very disappointing and unsafe

The attention to service was very poor for such a hotel and for these prices. It all felt very impersonal. But more seriously there was a fire alarm at night and I had to kick a fire door open as it was jammed and then we found ourselves in a locked inner courtyard. The ineptitude of the staff to deal with the alarm was astonishing and while the duty manager listened to my complaint the next morning I have a strong feeling nothing will be done.

J’ai tout aimé, mais j’ai demandé pour notre chien une corbeille plus grande, on m’a dit oui et pendant notre promenade rien n’a été fait, pas de friandises pour notre chien comme écrit, pas de fleurs en chambre ou de fruits...Pas de biscuits pour la nuit fait maison. Pas de journaux distrayant, que des sérieux... pas assez de capsules de café... Tableaux et tv installées de biais... Des petits détails mais nous sommes dans un cinq étoiles. Et on ne peut pas prendre le chien au resto. Mais le nôtre contrairement à d’autres a été éduqué... on a dû aller souper ailleurs ...

Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes 5 Sterne Hotel. Hat durchaus seinen Reiz und auch eine gute Lage. Zimmer ok von der Grösse her, Badezimmer sehr klein, keine separate Dusche, kleine Badewanne, Toilette reicht knapp für einen Zwerg. In der Bar einen Drink genommen, 1 Bloody Mary,1 Mojito ohne Alkohol und einen Expresso. 43 Euro

Détente à l'hôtel Normandy

Tout est réuni pour un séjour de detente! La situation face à la mer ou l'on peut se retirer au calme et à la fois la ville à deux pas. La chambre très confortable, la piscine reposante, le petit déjeuner dans la superbe salle à manger, la chanteuse pendant le cocktail, le tout dans une ambiance feutrée, l'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel hôtelier et ....cerise sur le gâteau : la surprise d'avoir été surclassé !!!!! On a envie d'y séjourner à nouveau très vite!

Week-end en amoureux

Tout était vraiment bien, le personnel souriant, la chambre spacieuse avec vue mer, le petit déjeuner gargantuesque et délicieux. On voit cependant que l'hôtel a besoin d'être rafraîchi (papiers peints, murs). A part cela je recommande et je referais sans hésitation.

Bof.....

3 jours, 2 nuits , dont le réveillon du nouvel an au restaurant "Les Ambassadeurs" au casino. Repas et spectacle de la saint Sylvestre féériques. En revanche, chambre avec charme mais peu pratique et passablement équipée (pas de fer à repasser ni de bouilloire,matériel et produits d'hygiène défectueux et insuffisants). Passage à 8h et 8h30 le jour du nouvel an des personnes en charge du ménage de la chambre.... Patienter 30mn voir 45mn entre chaque plat commandé au bar de l hôtel....Espace piscine peu chaleureux.Organisation et coordination peu soutenues.Personnel gentil et serviable. Dommage.

nuit de rêve

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'amabilité du personnel, toujours prévenant sans être guindé. Les cocktails servis en terrasse coté front de mer sont sublimes. La chambre décorée en toile de Jouy, avec vue sur la mer, est très bien équipée, et la plage est à deux pas. Les plus: sauna et piscine accessible depuis votre chambre!!
