I was very disappointed with my stay. The bed sheet had a blood stain, which was completely unacceptable. The hotel does not have an elevator, and the entire property feels very outdated. The breakfast area is extremely small — we saw several guests having to take their breakfast to their rooms because there was not enough seating available. I personally had to take my breakfast to my room as well, due to the lack of space. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Everything was great at this hotel , I really recommended. Great service , good breakfasts and very quiet. Good location , no me words to explain how good it is .. swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. Ill be staying there again next time im back to Delano.

Everything was great. I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. Although it was cold out, we're able to enjoy the pool and fun this staff was kind and the breakfast was great the beds were nice and comfortable in the room was clean. We will stay there again

The room was clean, but it was upstairs and there’s no elevator! The ice machine was broken and the indoor pool was out of order! The room door rattled a lot which was annoying because I assumed someone was trying to come in! I didn’t feel that it wasn’t worth the 100+per night!! And I was blindsided by the $150 additional deposit! Expedia didn’t mention that in the fee!
