Customer service, from check in to check out, was exceptional. We had contacted the hotel to request interconnecting rooms prior to arrival which was arranged. All staff were friendly and professional. Rooms and all communal spaces were spotless. Our car to the airport was already waiting for us as we came down to check out. This will be our first choice hotel if we need to stay near the airport again. Well done to the Aloft Team and thank you for a short but wonderful stay.

Room was spacious, very clean and amenities were very good. Although it is in Aerocity, it was quiet. The transport to and from the airport was outstandingly efficient. The drivers were very pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. My waiter was attentive and intelligent about the food. Almost all staff were friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend this hotel!
