This is a very average option in the Aerocity area. Our room was very worn and needed some upgrades. The bathroom door didn’t slide open well and kept jamming. Upon arrival into our room there was a note saying we needed to keep our curtains closed due to painters outside. Sure enough there were men and giant tarps outside so that was unpleasant. The only big benefit was that they let us check out at 2pm instead of 12pm, and we had a late flight. The lounge is nice to visit, but the bakery and in-house restaurant have really terrible food. The bakery goods were completely stale, and the dinner was very mediocre. It was pricey considering India’s norm, so we expected a bit more.

Room smells! Room are also very dirty and small! We had made reservation for two nights, with Paid breakfast duo to a massive car accident did not make the 1st night, which lost the entire payment, fine I said but I asked since we didn’t have the breakfast if it could be transferred or refund, front desk said not possible! Not really about $ but I thought it wasn’t fair and looked like $ grabbing!!

UNUSER Friendly hotel!!

The check in was poorly handled. Since we arrived 2 hours early, there were no rooms ready so we left after depositing our luggage only to find that they had not been placed in our assigned rooms and had to line up again at the desk and drag our luggage to the rooms ourselves. Even though each room was for 2 adults and a child and cots had not been placed and the clerk had no information about that although they arrived shortly after we reached our rooms. The bathrooms are separated from the sleeping area by a wall of tempered glass so all occupants wake up if one has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night because the light shows through. Most unpleasant for shared occupants of the room- not appropriate for families
