The room and the service both were horrible. Didn’t expect would get such a service and room for this price. Especially in a metropolitan city. Too disappointed
First the flush wasn’t working so after too many calls they changed my room. And the we get a more smaller room where the washroom looks like this.
The kettle wasn’t working and after repetitive calls it was still not Replaced

Staff was great across the board and very helpful wherever needed. Breakfast provided wide selection of choices and food was fresh and well prepared. Facilities were good including lobby area, pool area and spa. Room was good size and bed comfortable however it had a musty damp smell and feel. Corridor to room also had same smell. Dehumidifiers might help at least in room we stayed in. Overall it was a good stay.

Generally very good. Could have been more fruit options for breakfast. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. One morning there was a problem with the water in the bathroom which was running brown and the toilet was not flushing but I was told that it was being repaired which happened soon after. Good location

My stay at the hotel was uncomfortable as the flooring was noisy, the AC did not function properly, the telephone rang unexpectedly at 3 AM disturbing my sleep, and the TV had display issues. I hope the management will address these problems to improve the guest experience.

This hotel is at excellent location but pity to the management and staff that can’t even maintain the property. It’s been old property and not cleaned therefor lobby is smelly with dirty carpet. Rooms doesn’t even have basic facilities available in even 2 or 3 stars hotel where as charges for food and mini bar is extraordinary costly, I would not stay again here.
