I think this was our 3rd visit with these hosts. Perfect place for our 4 adults and one child. Amazing master suite. Enjoyed the Delta July 4th hot air balloon launches. Hosts are quick to respond to messages. Housekeeping had the place spotless for our visit. Highly recommend.

We were in town visiting family for a few days. My sister and I were traveling with our 81 year old mother and her 93 year old sister. It was a perfect location for us. All the amenities were perfect for us to sleep , relax, and cook some.Only thing to make it better would be a handrail on the steps.

Beautiful Inside and Out

Perfect little property. Inside was immaculate, all amenities were spot on, anything you need, they had it furnished with. Love the bathrooms, and kitchen and very comfortable living room. Will definitely book again, next time we come to Delta, CO. Property Manager was very responsive and helpful. And always felt I was talking with a good friend when communicating with them. Friendly and professional all around. We felt like we were at home.

Great house with wonderful personality. Attention to detail throughout the house including bedrooms was wonderful. Would love to come back and enjoy the backyard, but loved the front porch sitting in the spring sunshine. Easy walking to downtown.

Perfect place for our 4 adults and one child (who just loved the bunk room). Amazing master suite. The kitchen was perfect for our breakfasts before going off to family in Delta for the Thanksgiving holiday. Hosts are quick to respond to messages. Housekeeping had the place spotless for our visit. Loved this cozy home in Delta. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I would recommend it for a family, extended family, or group of friends. The back yard adds comfortable living space.

Ok this is the cutest vrbo we have ever stayed in! From the minute you walk in the door you feel at home! The hosts have personalized welcome greetings & gifts, they have all the necessities for your stay, and every room is high end feeling. They have refurbished this home so perfectly! We loved our time here and will for sure try to stay with them for all of our future visits to Delta!

Outstanding Property

The older home has been fully remodeled and an easy and comfortable place to rest! Fully stocked and well organized for the stay. The hosts have put in a lot of thought to the experiences of their customers. We had a party of 4 adults and it worked well. Easy access to downtown Delta from a quiet side street.
