Pretty little cabin

Cute little cabin in a peaceful and wooded location. Thoughtfully equipped with all you’d need for a short stay. The bed was difficult to get into because there was only 12” from the wall to the side of the bed so it was a problem because with both have mobility limitations. Should be fine if you’re younger.

A wonderful lodge. Quiet rooms; well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, dishes and refrigerator space. Has a bbq if choose not to go out for dinner. Would have enjoyed one of the two patios with fire pits but rained during our stay. House has very nice decorations and plenty of seating in main room It is a bit far from Talkeetna so must use your car.

Beautiful lodge. We stayed in a private room with bath attached to the main lodge. We had access to a kitchen, dining room and beautiful living room directly from our room I would highly recommend it.

Not far from town. Very secluded which is super nice. Lodge is a real log cabin. Very roomy and we were able to wash laundry here too.

A Marvelous Moose!

We weren't quite sure what to expect as we traveled the dirt road away from the main town but wow, what a great place! Our room was HUGE and we had the lobby and kitchen below us to use as well. So quiet at night too. And just a quick drive into town. We all gave it big thumbs up!

A Great Value

We stayed in the main lodge which featured a spacious, well-appointed, homey common area. Our room was terrific with super comfortable bed and private deck. Stacy, our host, was generous and accommodating. Wish we had all ten nights in Alaska here instead of just one on the way to Denali.

Make sure you know what you are booking. This property is way off the beaten path down a dirt road with no cell service. They have a small lodge and a few cabins. Every room is different. Our cabin ended up being dry, which I did not realize when booking. We had a private bathroom, but it was in a different building. The cabin was nice, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was inconvenient and could have been cleaner. The owners were very pleasant.

We stayed in the main lodge and had plenty of space for our family of 4 and a lot more privacy than in the larger hotels. The room was comfortable and the host very friendly.

We loved this place and our room was great. It had dark curtains, which was so convenient for sleeping when the sun rises so early in the summer. Our room in the lodge was a sliding door away from the very nice shared kitchen with two big refrigerators for storing guest’s food. Very well equipped. We also received some great help from Stacey, the owner/ manager.
