Wonderful and relaxing

The View is a terrific house that is perfectly located. It's an easy drive into Denton yet feels out of the way. The property of perfectly situated with beautiful sunsets, amazing view of wading birds, and a perfect breeze on the back porch. We all felt welcome, relaxed, and had plenty of privacy. Thank you!

Family Retreat

This was perfect for the whole family with lots of space inside and out. Our grandson even caught a large mouth bass! Thank country setting so close to Denton was incredible!

Great for Girls Weekend!

This was our 3rd or 4th time to stay at this particular location. It is a perfect spot for a girls' getaway. The hot tub is perfect and the view from the back porch is a breath of fresh air. With the new roadway going in nearby, there is a bit more traffic than previous stays, but the view has been preserved! The house is clean and spacious and provides a good variety of kitchen tools/dishes. The property manager is very accommodating and quick to respond. We are already planning our next stay! :)

Beautiful setting

If you need a place for your family to gather and don’t want to stay in multiple hotel rooms or in town, this is the place for you. It has plenty of seating and the kitchen is large and well stocked. We have stayed here twice and have enjoyed both times.

Beautiful and centrally located

This house was perfect! Quiet setting but close to the lineman college. Enjoyed our evenings on the back deck. There was family from Albuquerque, California and Texas. It comfortably accommodated all of us! 100% recommend. 100% would stay here again.

This was a great place. It was very roomy, clean and comfortable . Great open kitchen and living space. Nice deck overlooking the open field and neighboring cows and horses. Would definitely stay here again!

A little run down

The property is "fine", but there is some deferred maintenance. The hot tub cover was the only item in poor shape. The overall condition of the home's interior is just "OK", with lots of little items were just average. I actually fixed the door to the deck, as the doorknob was falling off (1 loose screw, one stripped screw). Furniture was pretty worn (not worn out, but getting pretty close). Nothing was horribly wrong, just not as nice as we expected from the pictures. A better description of access would also be appreciated, as Google maps doesn't understand the site well and there is a metal gate with "fake" chain lock that we were unaware of.

Beautiful setting

We rented this house for my son’s graduation from UNT and for our family Christmas. The layout is fantastic and the views are amazing. Having two tables was great for playing different games and having plenty of seating to eat. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of room to prepare meals. I took a crockpot but there was one already there. The beds are comfortable with a big TV in each room. We didn’t use the hot tub or fireplace but we loved having a Christmas tree. There is a gate that has to be opened and shut each time you arrive or leave the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Denton Home

We really enjoyed staying at this home. I stayed with 4 adult friends, and there were plenty of beds for all of us (only 2 of us shared a room - the bunk beds). Kitchen was well stocked. Property management was very attentive and responsive - check in was easy, and they responded to questions we had during our stay. The view from the home is amazing, and definitely a highlight of staying here. Should we return to Denton we would certainly stay here again!

Team Building in Style

This property worked out great for me and my coworkers as we were attending a conference hosted at the Embassy Suites Convention Center in Denton. It was relatively close, more affordable than the host hotel, and allowed us some great team building and comradery opportunities while at the house.

Best view in Denton county

This property is amazing. We had our family stay here during a family reunion. We loved the Decor and set up the house. But the view off the back deck was spectacular, and spent very night enjoying grilling and relaxing, enjoying the view.

Lovely home in a quiet, peaceful location

We stayed at the View for a week while attending a conference at the University of North Texas. The property was a wonderful respite away from the hustle and bustle of the conference, but only a 10 minute drive to campus. With four bedrooms, there was plenty of privacy for the seven of us. We were grateful for the laundry facilities and the large number of towels that were provided. Beds were comfortable. We all decided we would like to return next year!

Graduation Gathering

Our youngest graduated from UNT and the whole family gathered to celebrate. 10 guests and another 10 for the party. We picked the perfect place. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of space outdoors for the kids to play. Comfortable beds, big table for eating and games, large deck with plenty of chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tip: if you want to use the grill you might want to bring some BBQ tools. The ones there are adequate but if you're a hardcore BBQ guy you'll want something more substantial. Great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Relaxing, great views. Don't miss the sunsets.

Beautiful view

The view off the back deck is spectacular and we really enjoyed the hot tub. It was very clean and well Maintained. Gave the property 4 stars because there a few mirrors in the house. Several of the fixtures in the bathroom, where mirrors are placed, had broken sockets so it was a little dark. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The kitchen had what we needed for our stay. Heavy winds blew in a window during the night. The dining room window didn’t fit in the frame properly so we woke up to a very cold house. Never touched the windows except to close up the gap after it opened. There is a well pumping on the property. Not sure how the fumes would be in the warmer months if the windows were open.

Amazing House and View

Our stay at The View was great! This house lives up to the hype. Plenty room for the family, amazing views, and amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and will definitely stay again if in the area.
