This is my actual home - and you'll feel the difference the moment you walk in.

Not a cookie-cutter rental. Not staged to impress. This is a warmly curated, boho-inspired 3-bedroom house in one of Denver's most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods - the kind of place where you actually want to linger. If you're lucky you'll even meet my fabulous neighbors.

Space
Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a living room trundle mean you can comfortably sleep up to 8. Three queen beds, room-darkening shades, and extra bedding make it easy to settle in like you live here - because someone does.

Location
You're in the historic Cole neighborhood, right on the edge of the RiNo Arts District. Step outside and you're minutes from Denver's best breweries, art galleries, live music venues, cocktail lounges, and restaurants. The 38th & Blake light rail station is nearby - making Union Station and DIA easy, car-free options.
