It was incredible working Host Pam! She was so kind to our group, leaving us a nice note, little chocolate candies, and the most home related resources I've ever seen at a VRBO. It should also be said that this home was immaculately clean. I mean spotless. Again, I've never stayed in a VRBO this clean. Not a speck of dust to be found. Pam was prompt with responding and provided us a very nice binder including house instructions and ideas for adventure around the area. Every section of the house had clear instructions on how to effectively use the home in a respectful way. Our whole group was impressed by the stay and we were so grateful for the opportunity to have a beautiful, full of light, space to relax given our very busy schedule. Thank you Pam for hosting us!

If you've got a large family or a lot of peeps to accommodate for a stay, this place is it. First impression was how immaculately clean the house was. We didn't have to question if we wanted to stay there at all. Kitchen was well stocked for whatever size group that would be staying there, including littles. Loved the open concepts of the home both upstairs and down. Lots to do for the whole family if snowed in. The convenience factor was awesome as well, as the house is centrally located to whatever you want or need, with stock and easy access to freeways. And the owner was super responsive to any questions or needs, very nice and welcoming! This will be my goto anytime I'm in the Denver area!

Comfortable family-friendly home

The location of this property was perfect for our family visit to Denver - Water World, Zoo, and museums. The home was family friendly, allowing our group of 6 adults and 3 small children to be together without feeling crowded. Having a high chair and pack n play available was very convenient. The home was well stocked with many small amenities - a hot beverage station, napkins, Kleenex, shampoo and body soap, and more- that make the stay more comfortable. Communication and response with our host was quick and always cordial. We would definitely recommend this property for families visiting the Denver area.

Great house and location

3 families, adults and children ranging from 10-3 stayed in the home and it met all our needs. Plenty of seating, beds and room to not feel crammed. Well stocked and close to many stores, restaurants, parks and downtown Denver. The power went out in the neighborhood on our second night and Pam was wonderful in helping us out.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was quiet, clean, well decorated and fully equipped. The host was an excellent and proactive communicator, checking in regularly to make sure had what we needed. The location is convenient and easy to get to from different parts of the Metro area. The neighborhood is cute and apt for taking kids to the park, going for a walk or run, etc. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed in the property for a family weekend gathering in Arvada. The home was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. It's only a short drive to Olde Towne Arvada. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent Property

This property is fairly close to downtown Denver and is in a safe neighborhood. We loved the inside had plenty of places to sit and relax. The Check out process is the easiest i have ever dealt with. Pam the owner is awesome. Overall 100% recommend staying here.
