This dog friendly private lower unit in a quiet Denver neighborhood. BRAND NEW REMODEL, features 2 bedrooms with king beds, a bathroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Huge backyard. 15 minutes from downtown Denver. High speed internet and smart TVs included.

You will love this home and central proximity to Interstate 25, Mickey's Steakhouse, Water World, Denver Zoo, Aquarium, Red Rocks, Museum, Meow Wolf and all things cool in Denver.

This is the lower level of a duplex with separate and private entrances and living space. Your entrance is through the back, you may park in the driveway.

There is a private entrance to this unit in the back of the house.
This unit does not have control of the thermostat, the temperature is set a reasonable seasonal normal, fans and space heaters are provided should you want/need them.

Flooded and No Help

Our experience with this host was horrible! After a day of thunderstorms and hail, we returned to a flooded place. Our kid's bedroom was the worst, covered with water. The whole place was flooded from our bedrooms, to the living room, and the kitchen. Everything was wet! We contacted the host, and tried to call to no avail, and got a lame response on the chat portion of this site. They said they would send someone over to clean it up. Almost 2 hours go by and nothing. So I asked again. By this time we're packing up our stuff to leave because we can't stay in a flooded place. They responded again with that they're trying to get someone out. Two more hours go by and nothing. We call VRBO and the operator also couldn't get them to answer their phone. After almost 5 hours of waiting, we had to leave the residence. This is the worst experience we've ever had with a host. If they would have been more responsive and cleaned it up within a reasonable time, we would have considered staying. But that didn't happen. We filed a complaint for a refund. Let's see how long this takes.
