Deceiving
My husband and I live in Arizona but I am from Colorado (67) years and we come back to Colorado in the summer to see our children and grandchildren. I was familiar with the area and condos, however we walked straight into a nightmare when we checked in. It was apparent the pictures shown in VRBO were dated. The furniture was old, the carpet was filthy. The vents were covered in black dust or maybe even mold. The sliding glass door and screen were old and damaged, with a branch from a tree used to secure the lock. I took pictures of everything and called the number given. I spoke with Rachel who apologized for the condition and told me a cleaning crew would be there next day. They never showed up. Additionally, we were unable to lock the front door and had wait for a repairman to install a new lock (3 days later). We initially rented for two months but demanded our money for the second month be returned based on the deceiving pictures and overall condition. Bottom line this property should be , in my opinion, removed as a listing. It was disgusting, dirty and smelled. I am happy to send you the pictures
