Better Problem Solving Required

The room was lovely] and hotel sparkling BUT there window could not be opened for fresh air. For anyone who has claustrophobia or just a preference for an window , the little 3 inch slot covered by a curtain is maddening. The front desk repeated the obvious- nothing could be done but safety stopper could have been removed allowing air. I have seen many hotels do this for customers, including Hiltons. Disappointing problem solving,
