It was cute house. Plenty of room with finished basement with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms and bathroom on main floor. Kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities. Good start on the updates. Backyard completely fenced in so felt safe letting my 2 dogs out with out tie outs.

Worth it

This is a good price for the amount of space and sleeping arrangement options!I appreciate the games available. Property is centerally located to alot of fun things to do and being able to explore denver.The owner was great with communication, giving recommendations when asked. They were also very understanding and forgiving with an issue my son had accidently breaking something at the house. Will definitely stay again.

Exceeded my expectations

I booked with Adam back in February for our annual softball tournament that is held every June/ July . We drove all the way from CA and I would message Adam at least once a month to make sure everything was good to go and he would actively answer right back.. Great communication. Also the house has had some upgrades as well compared to the pictures that were on the app which was a great plus! Very spacious and roomy. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again if I had to do over! Thank you again!

House is in a quiet neighborhood which was a positive. Close to freeway access. Not a fully stocked kitchen. Could definitely use silverware.

Denver Thanksgiving

The beds were one Queen and 4 double/full not 3 Queens. The upstairs beds were hard comfort wise. Downstairs were 4-5 on comfort scale- some feedback was they need replacing, one tilted down, the other was lumpy. The couches were a bit hard and uncomfortable to sit on for over an hour. The games were a hit. The host was very polite and communicative. The property was perfect for what we were looking for and I would visit again if I need this size place again. I cleaned the shower with bleach as there was some pink coloring on the shower walls.

Perfect fit and clean

Was doing family business locally. The stay was pleasant, clean, comfortable and worry free. Had rain and a cold front and we were warm and comfortable. Grateful for the easy washer and dryer. When business needs me back in that part of town I’ll hope to go back. Thanks.
