While the property is clean and seems well kept, the service was horrible. My husband is disabled which i indicated on our reservation yet we waited for over an hour for a room to be prepared. Finally after al yet another trip to the front desk, the young man asked if we would accept a different room. Uh yes. At that point, any room would have been fine. The room was supposedly an upgrade. It was clean but tiny, barely room to walk around the bed. The next day, our keys suddenly didn't work. I have at a work convention and the going last at the desk couldn't figure out what the problem was so my husband who is a double leg amputee had to go down to the front desk himself only to have the manager say we were in the wrong room. My husband explained what had happened the day before and the manager said she would allow us to stay in the sabe room but we were forced to go through the same key cancel and explanation system all 4 days of our stay. Further, on my one evening of, we hired pedi cab to show us the city and the front desk staff refused to allow him close to the door even after he explained he was there with a reserved guest who was handicapped. Thankfully he ignored her and picked us up any way and gave us a beautiful tour of Denver.
Overall, customer service seems to be an unknown consideration at this property. We will definitely not be returning.
