Situated on over 5 acres, this darling 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath farmhouse was once a barn! This spacious home has an open floor plan and boasts almost 2000 square feet. Enjoy all the modern conveniences you need while feeling like you are a million miles away from the city. Both bedrooms have their own private adjoining bathrooms. Full kitchen with all the amenities, including stainless steel appliances and an island with a second sink. Smart TVs/Wifi provided and the living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping space. Take in beautiful sunsets with full mountain views from the west side of the house and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living (and you just may hear the sounds of neighboring horses neighing and goats bleating!). Amazing! This house has everything you can think of and more! We were in from out of state for a 3-day wedding celebration. The house was perfect for our family of 4. tons of space...pics do not do that justice...and lots of storage. The primary bedroom is huge & so is the walk-in closet. All the amenities we needed plus spectacular views of the mountains! A little cold for us to enjoy the porch, but we hope to next time we visit,

The overhead door roller could use cleaning/lubrication for smoother operation. Door hinges throughout were squeaking and could use lubrication. As an early riser not waking others this was an issue. Overall, the Farm House exceeded expectations and was a good value.

Beautiful Farmhouse

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. We were sightseeing from Ohio. The Farmhouse was a great base for all we wanted to see and do. It was stocked well with everything needed. And had beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again.

Home Away From Home

The host keeps her guest needs at the forefront. Host is great communicator. This property is everything you could ask for. The modern farm house is so charming with a wrap around porch & beautiful view. Pastoral setting in a very convenient location. Highly recommend!

We highly, highly recommend this VRBO! It was a clean, classy, and modern farmhouse, and also open and spacious. And did I mention clean?! We didn’t see any dust in the whole space! It is well appointed with supplies, and we absolutely loved the interior design and decorations. Each room had solid, quality furniture, with its owned themed decor. While it is accessible to restaurants, stores, and the main highways, it is tucked back in a quiet space, with a private drive. We didn’t hear any noise from town, but yet you’re close to the main roads in less than 10 minutes. We loved being able to easily roll into and park in the garage; a unique feature for a VRBO. It was lovely sitting on the porch, watching the horses across the way and the dogs playing, while the birds were singing. We also had some pretty sunsets with the mountains as a backdrop. The check-in and check-out processes were also clearly defined and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. 5 Stars across the board!

Perfect getaway!!

What’s perfect place to get away from the city, the views are spectacular! What a perfect place, fantastic kitchen and bedrooms are spacious and cozy! We will definitely make it a point to stay here when we are back in town. The owners were fantastic and very communicative. I highly recommend this place!

Parker Celebration Week

The Farmhouse was a perfect place for us to stay to celebrate our granddaughter's high school graduation since it was close to family in Parker. We shared the house with our daughter and son-in-law from California. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space and found everything we needed during the week. The views were beautiful and the house was very clean.
