Shuttle transportation from the airport was denied stating that it was taken to maintenance, so I decided to wait and asked to please notify me when it becomes available that evening but front desk lady only kept saying that I should take a Lyft and that they don’t guaranty the transportation, they just offer it if available. Very rude answers, no alternative solutions. When I finally arrived to the hotel after paying $50 for an Uber, I saw the shuttle was parked there and the driver seemed bored as if he was there the whole time. I also asked for blankets to be brought to my room but same rude front desk lady said they have no guest room service so I should go I pick them up myself. I picked this hotel because of the reasonable price but also because offers transportation from and to the airport, if transportation is not guaranteed, they should make customers aware upfront and not after landing from a 10hr long flight with hungry kids; this is completely unacceptable. For this type of hotel, they should first train better their staff to provide good customer service and second the facility most always be ready to resolve customer needs. Will never use this hotels again and don’t recommend at all.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The front desk staff were nice and accommodating. Check-in was smooth. Although, the breakfast choices were limited, it was still good for the 2 days we were there. The room was clean and okay for our family of 3 however, it wasn’t as spacious as we’d like as we had plenty of luggage so it did feel a bit cramped. Also, we didn’t like that the bedroom door was a sliding door, it didn’t give us (the parents) much privacy. Overall, we still had a good experience and would stay at this hotel again.

Overall good stay. Octavia was the star! Her professionalism and compassion were top notch, and she could be given a pay raise and/or promotion. It was wonderful working with her for my short stay. I’d recommend this location.

Booked the hotel because of the free airport shuttle service. Arrived to check in and was told the shuttle at the time I needed was full, so I booked a Lyft. When I went to catch the Lyft at 4 am, the shuttle driver was there and offered a lift. I then found out that three people had cancelled and I hadn't been notified that the shuttle was in fact available. On top of that, the room was extremely hot and the thermostat was broken. It was loud and there were doors slamming all night. Would not stay there again.

This overnight stay was just what we needed after a few minor set backs at the airport. The staff was welcoming, there were restaurant choices within walking distance, the room and bed were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to update the airport shuttle schedule in the amenities listed. It states 24 hours but that is not accurate. However, it was easy to book an early Uber though. Even so, I need to mention again how very gracious and hospitable the staff were.
