Right across from the Brown Palace Hotel and a block from 16th Street, which is the promenade of the city. Walkable to most places. Nothing flashy room-wise and has a decent breakfast.

THINGS THAT WERE BROKEN: 1. Air conditioning was a nightmare. Woke up in a room at 84 degrees with sun beating through the windows. They sent a maintenance man who offered us a fan and told us it wasn’t going to be any better in any other room. Finally got downgraded to a room that was slightly cooler. First agent said it was because of construction, next one said it was because it was too early in the season for AC? 2. No microwave or refrigerator in the downgraded room. 3. Phone chargers in both night stands do not work. Woke up to dead phones for the day. 4. Remote was out of batteries or programmed incorrectly. Had to stand right next to the tv to change volume or channels. 5. WiFi requires everything aside from a social security number to connect 6. Front desk agent couldn’t recommend a sports bar or a museum. To our surprise, there was a museum NEXT DOOR. Overall, a wet blanket experience on what was supposed to be a great vacation

Don't waste your time

He room was 78 degrees when we arrived. We called downstairs and maintenance was sent up. He said that they had central air and that all of the rooms were like this.

I was booked in a room without a mini fridge. I asked if I could change rooms and was told there are no mini fridge in the rooms. Long story short, the heater in our room was broken with no hot water, and the people next to us were extremely loud. We asked for a new room and lo and behold there was a mini fridge in the new room. I probably would stay there again. They also wouldn't give my points because I booked through Expedia. I
